Craig Sirnio

Boards:

Craig Sirnio, 63, is an expert in distribution channels and sales management. He is a founding member of the Angels Forum and a co founding member of Halo Fund Management Company, Halo Fund II Management Company and Halo Opportunity Fund Management Company. In 2007, Craig agreed to be the Chair of the Advisory Council and serves on the management team of The Halo Fund III Management Company. For the last 10 years, he has also been a member of The Angels’ Forum.

An active investor, Craig has been investing in startups since 1996 and has invested in over 60 startups. Previously, he worked in the electronic design automation, or EDA industry and in mechanical CAD product sales. Craig has worked for Unicad (Cadence), Racal Redac, Calma (GE), McDonnell Douglas, and a division of Schlumberger in direct and indirect sales management and marketing. Besides the EDA startup, he was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing at another ISO services startup.

Craig served as U.S. Army company commander in Thailand during the Vietnam War. He earned a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Oregon and an M.B.A. in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.
